The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort is a planned hotel which will be the world's first underwater luxury resort. It's situated 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf, just off Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. Reinforced by concrete and steel, its Plexiglas walls and bubble-shaped dome ceilings will enable guests to see fish and other sea creatures. It is basically divided into three sections: the land station, where guests will be welcomed; the connecting tunnel, which will transport people by train to the main area of the hotel; and the 220 suites within the submarine leisure complex. It will cover an area of 260 hectares, about the size of London's Hyde Park, and will cost an estimated £300 million. It is self-acclaimed to be a 10-star hotel.

This is unbelievable! I cant believe what im seeing is this actually going on?
i know imagine sitting inside a room and looking out seeing a shark. wow. i would never live there even if i got paid, this is just pure madness! :D
I agree quite scary, but i would like to stay there several nights just to be able to discuss it :))))
i would spend the day there, but i won't stay for the night...there is no way i can sleep in that room!
I think its a grand idea, its very fairy tale like. I read about this quite a few years ago and at first it was an impossible idea, but now that i see it.. im speechless
well hey, it makes an ideal honeymoon suite for any watersport fanatics.
Dubai is the city of wonders, this city came from no were to be one of the most important cities in the word. Dubai has many projects that seem unreal, but they made it real.
Sleeping next to the fishes without actually being death is a dream. Where do I sign up.
It's a fascinating idea. I think I'd like to spend a night there just for the experience. Do they have many sharks around there?
